EDG & MRA grant consultant Singapore. The one that also builds it.

Most grant consultants prepare your application and hand you the outcome. We scope the project, prepare the application, then deliver the system it funds and structure the milestones so claiming is painless. One team, one accountability line, from EDG or MRA scoping through to a working build.

What we do

  • Scope the project the way approved projects are scoped
  • Prepare and submit the Business Grants Portal application
  • Build the system: custom ERP, business software, digital platforms
  • Structure milestones so claiming is clean and auditable
  • Tell you plainly if your project will not qualify

What we do not do

  • Write applications for projects another vendor will deliver
  • Consult on all 42 schemes — we work on EDG, MRA and EDGE
  • Guarantee approval. That decision is Enterprise Singapore’s
  • Charge a success fee cut of your approved grant
  • Backdate anything. Neither grant funds work already started

Applications are won at the scoping stage

The EDG form is not difficult. What decides the outcome is whether the project reads as a genuine capability upgrade with defined outcomes, or as business-as-usual spending with a grant application attached. Two companies can buy the same system and only one gets approved, because only one framed it as process redesign with measurable productivity gains and evidence to match.

That is also why a consultant who never touches the delivery is working with one hand tied. They can describe an outcome; they cannot commit to it. We scope what we are going to build, which means the application describes work we are accountable for.

Before you sign anything

Neither EDG nor MRA funds work that has already started. Not a signed contract, not a deposit paid, not a first sprint delivered. If you are mid-way through choosing a vendor, talk to us before you commit, because the order of events decides whether the funding is available at all. This is the single commonest reason applications are rejected, and it is entirely avoidable.

Common questions

Do I need a grant consultant to apply for the EDG?

No. You can apply yourself on the Business Grants Portal, and plenty of companies do. A consultant earns their fee when the project scoping is the hard part, because EDG approval turns on how well the project is defined and evidenced, not on how the form is filled in. If your project is straightforward, apply yourself and keep the fee.

How much does an EDG grant consultant charge in Singapore?

The market splits into two models: a fixed fee for the application (commonly a few thousand dollars), or a success fee taken as a percentage of the approved grant. Note that consultancy fees for preparing a grant application are generally not themselves claimable under the grant. We do not charge a separate application fee, because we are paid to deliver the project the grant funds.

What is the difference between a grant consultant and what you do?

A grant consultant prepares your application and hands you the outcome. We scope the project, prepare the application, then build the system and structure the milestones so claiming is straightforward. If you need someone to write an application for a project another vendor will deliver, we are the wrong fit and will say so.

Which grants do you actually work on?

EDG and MRA, and EDGE once it opens. Those are the schemes our delivery work falls under. For the other 39 schemes on this site we point you at the official source and the right agency rather than pretending to cover everything.

Can you guarantee my grant will be approved?

No, and nobody honestly can. Approval sits with Enterprise Singapore. What we can do is make sure the project is scoped the way approved projects are scoped, that the evidence is there, and that you have not already started the work, which is the single commonest reason applications fail.

How long does the whole process take?

Budget 8 to 12 weeks for EDG approval from a complete submission, then the project itself. MRA approvals are typically faster. Start the conversation before you commit to any vendor or sign anything, because neither grant funds work that has already begun.
