There is one official PSG pre-approved vendor list, and it lives on GoBusiness. Open the GoBusiness PSG page and use the Solution Directory. You can search by sector, by the name of an IT solution or equipment, or by vendor name.

Enterprise Singapore's FAQ is clear on the rule: companies can only be supported on pre-scoped packages by pre-approved vendors. Unlisted IT solutions, and vendors who are not pre-approved, cannot be supported.

Solutions are grouped two ways:

• Sector-specific solutions, curated by sector lead agencies and aligned to Industry Transformation Maps and Industry Digital Plans. Only companies in that sector can use them.
• Generic solutions, open to companies in every sector, for general business functions and processes.

GoBusiness notes that the listing is not an endorsement. You are still expected to do your own due diligence on the vendor.

Equipment works differently from IT solutions. For equipment, there is no pre-approved vendor, but the equipment must at least meet the mandatory specifications listed for it. You source the equipment yourself and get a quotation from your chosen vendor.

PSG supports standard, off-the-shelf equipment with no customisation. The listed cost cap is a guide only. The qualifying cost is assessed against the specifications of what you actually buy, so it can come out lower than the cap.

Before you commit to anything, check these points from the official FAQ:

• Do not pay or sign first. Any payment or deposit before you submit the application makes it retrospective, and retrospective applications are not supported.
• Only the purchase, lease or hire cost of the listed package is supportable. Delivery, installation and admin fees are excluded unless stated.
• The solution must be used in Singapore by your own entity, not a subsidiary or related party.
• You must hold the equipment or solution for 1 year from approval of the final claim.
• The vendor must have no relationship with your company, directors or shareholders.
• An upgrade to a higher tier of a solution you already use will not be supported.

People often search for "PSG ecommerce", "PSG kitchen equipment", "PSG cybersecurity solutions", "PSG ERP" or "PSG grant HR software". The answer is the same for all of them: only what appears in the official Solution Directory qualifies, at the listed package scope, from the listed vendor.

That also applies to searches like "Shopify PSG grant" or "PSG grant SEO package". A platform, marketing package or bundle is not supportable just because a vendor says so. If you cannot find the exact package in the directory, treat it as not supported.

A practical approach:

• Search the directory by your sector first, then by the function you need.
• Match the package name and vendor in your quotation to the directory listing exactly.
• For kitchen and other equipment, compare the model against the mandatory specifications.

There is no downloadable PSG application form. You apply online on the Business Grants Portal with a Corppass account. Vendors are strictly not allowed to apply for you, and you should never share your Corppass with them.

Key facts from Enterprise Singapore's FAQ:

• Eligibility: registered in Singapore, at least 30% local shareholding, and group turnover of not more than S$100 million or group employment of not more than 200.
• Annual cap: S$30,000 for solutions supported by Enterprise Singapore, running from 1 April to 31 March.
• Processing: about 6 weeks after all information is submitted.
• Claims: one claim per application, made only after you have bought, used and fully paid for the solution. Disbursement via PayNow Corporate takes about 14 working days after claim approval.
• No change of vendor or package after approval. You must terminate and reapply.

PSG is being merged with EDG and MRA into the new EDGE grant, which launches on 30 September 2026. According to Enterprise Singapore's EDGE FAQ:

• PSG applications submitted before 30 September 2026 will still be assessed under PSG rules.
• Ongoing PSG projects will be supported until completion and claim disbursement.
• No new PSG applications will be accepted after that.

Under EDGE, each company has an annual cap of S$100,000, of which up to S$30,000 can go to single-function digital solutions, integrated enterprise systems and selected automation.
